Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school and the highest level of licensure your state offers. Postgraduate clinical experience is preferred.

Individuals currently completing their Master's degree in social work or pursuing their highest level of state licensure are encouraged to inquire about our Clinical Social Worker Internship Program.

Becoming a Commissioned Officer

To ease your transition into the Air Force, you'll enter a five-week training regimen designed to educate you on the ways of both the military and military healthcare. You'll participate in physical conditioning five days a week, leadership training and classroom studies.
