Podiatrist

Since Air Force men and women spend much of their day on their feet, a medical problem involving the foot can mean a great deal of discomfort and a loss of work. As a podiatrist, your job will be to see that Air Force personnel with foot ailments get back on their feet again. In this specialty, you'll be expected to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot ailments ranging from injuries to physical abnormalities. You will also perform surgery, interpret x-rays, conduct research, prescribe therapeutic devices and supervise special health programs. PAY CHART
