Pediatrician

It is well-recognized that a crucial part of support for war fighters is providing outstanding care for their families. Air Force pediatricians have the opportunity to manage care from birth through adolescence, to help guide and support families through the full range of physical, mental and emotional growth and development as well as illnesses present in childhood. In conjunction with pediatric subspecialists, you'll help manage children with complex disorders. Using a variety of sophisticated resources, you'll help direct the provision of care for families. You may also have unique opportunities to work with patient transport, humanitarian outreach and victims of natural disaster or conflict. Opportunities also exist for board certified pediatric subspecialists, to include state of the art research and teaching opportunities in several pediatric residency programs. PAY CHART
