Conducts information operations and network operations. Manages communications related plans, acquisitions, architectures, information resources, postal operations, and C&I engineering efforts. Supports force employment planning, execution, and combat assessment. Conducts deployed communications operations. Manages AF spectrum management-related matters, policy, and procedures.
