As the technology in our aircraft becomes more advanced, so does our need for more advanced and specialized care of all of our systems. It’s the job of Mobility Air Forces Integrated Communication/Navigation/Mission Systems specialists to inspect, remove and install integrated avionics systems on our aircraft. From video display and electronic warfare systems to flight instruments and traffic-collision avoidance systems, these specialists ensure every system they work on works perfectly whenever it’s needed.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION

    A High School Senior (age 17 or older)*, High school diploma, a GED, or 15 college semester hours

    *High School Students may start their application as early as the end of their junior year.

  • ASVAB SCORE REQUIREMENTS

    70 Electronics (E)

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge of interpreting and applying mechanical, wiring and electronic circuit diagrams
    • Normal color vision
    • Completion of a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit
    • Completion of 7.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
    • Must be at least 17, but has not reached age 42 on the date of enlistment
