Air National Guard members are paid equally based on their rank and years of service. You’re also eligible for additional compensation based on your position and where you’re stationed.

01 Education Benefits
Missouri offers up to 100% tuition assistance to Air National Guard members - 39 credit hours/year. State Tuition Assistance pays up to $346.00 per credit hour. Students can receive up to $13,494.00 for State Tuition Assistance in FY24 towards tuition if utilizing 15 credit hours in the Fall, 15 credit hours in the Spring and 9 credit hours in the Summer at $346.00 per credit hour.
