Officer Training School

Military Training Location
Maxwell AFB, AL

Degree leading to an Air Force medical specialty qualification

- Prior experience in a senior healthcare management or medical leadership position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage personnel, resources and healthcare operations
- Attendance of Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Squadron or Group Commanders Course
- Completion of Officer Training School
- Must be at least 18 years old and not have reached your 48th birthday
