What you’ll do

Develop plans for personnel from promotions and evaluations to disciplinary actions and retirements
Allocate manpower resources in support of Air Force programming and budgeting
Conduct management advisory and strategic sourcing studies
Develop, evaluate and improve organizational structures within the Air Force
Establish Air Force education and training policy requirements
Develop and administer fitness and recreational programs to keep Airmen mentally and physically fit
