Officer FORCE SUPPORT OFFICER
What you’ll do
- Develop plans for personnel from promotions and evaluations to disciplinary actions and retirements
- Allocate manpower resources in support of Air Force programming and budgeting
- Conduct management advisory and strategic sourcing studies
- Develop, evaluate and improve organizational structures within the Air Force
- Establish Air Force education and training policy requirements
- Develop and administer fitness and recreational programs to keep Airmen mentally and physically fit

BASIC MILITARY TRAINING

MILITARY TRAINING LOCATION
Maxwell AFB, AL

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: economics, operations research, data analytics, organizational leadership, education, mathematics/statistics, psychology, behavioral science, international relations and affairs, accounting and finance, hospitality management, public administration, business administration, management or operations, human resources management, marketing, or other relevant degree area

- Knowledge of various core competencies as related to personnel management
- Additional requirements specific to specialty
- Completion of Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)
- Must be between the ages of 18 and have not reached your 42nd birthday
